16 years ago, the resistance group known as "French 75" freed 200 detainees from the clutches of the ruthless United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement - ICE for short - in one fell swoop. The resisters, including Bob Ferguson, known to everyone as Ghetto Pat, then disappeared from the scene. Today, Bob is driven by paranoia because he fears that the former ICE Colonel Steven J.
